Kitchen Blues?

I was chatting to friend the other day who has just painted her kitchen blue! She was telling me how happy it makes her feel - every morning when she's making a coffee before work, every evening when she's cooking up a storm after a hard day and every weekend when the sun floods through the windows (if she's lucky)! So apparently 'feeling blue' isn't all that bad after all!!

It got me thinking what shade I would go for if I could ever see myself painting anything other than white!! Would I take the plunge and go for the full blue explosion or just add hint of blue with tiles and crockery?...

What would you do??

On The Move

The spring spirit has caught on it seems - there's a Style Inside house move in the midst!! A lovely new apartment crept up on us and we just had to take it. Light and airy and perfect for welcoming in the warmer months. I've (literally) been dreaming of endless white walls and the mountain of accessories that I'll have dripping from the place.

Moving is always stressful, but it'll be worth it once we're all done and we can stamp our style on it...

Here's a sneaky peek at my bedroom thoughts. Muted tones, relaxed greys and whites. Perfect for waking up to in the morning....(hopefully to breakfast in bed!)

And So The Obsession Grows

An all time favourite and an absolute classic when it comes to colour combinations. Instantly creating clean, fresh lines and cool, calm and collected surroundings.... You'd expect to see the two sitting pretty in styled up beach houses on the East Coast or donning the insides (and out) of your Greek Island getaway- there's no doubt this duo are the perfect match.


My trip to Santorini last summer really sparked the obsession.....and now there's just no getting away from it!...
