Last weekend I spent a lovely few days in the gorgeous town of Ilfracombe in Devon.
Nineteen family members and I took to the coast to celebrate my Nan’s 80th birthday and stayed The Quarry - a stunning 7 bed house set in 1/2 acre of gardens with stunning views of the south west coast..
Bought in 2004 by Kirsty and Paul Jackson, they restored the huge,
detached Victorian property and created a luxurious, modern,
family-friendly home for all to enjoy. As well as owners they have both used their creativity and talent
into making the perfect holiday home with a personal touch. With a background in nightclub and bar design, Paul is a vintage fan and hates buying new - he designed and made the kitchen, the bathrooms and wonderful bespoke bed frames. Kirsty is an artist and throughout the property her
gorgeous paintings and cute printed cushions a dotted around for that added touch of personality.

How gorgeous is this house? It let’s in so much light too! The
accessories such as the lampshades and cushions really make this
property special. What do you think?
